Taxes and Import Duties on International Orders
Dulora ships all international trade orders from our Sydney warehouse. Prices shown on dulora.pro do not include any foreign taxes, import duties, or customs charges for orders shipped outside Australia.
When your order arrives in your country, it may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as GST, VAT, or sales tax), and customs processing fees. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authority, not by Dulora. The amount will depend on the value of the goods, their tariff classification, and the rules in your country.
As the importer of record, you are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees that apply when goods enter your country.
What to expect by region
New Zealand Goods valued over NZD $1,000 will have GST and any applicable customs duties assessed at the border by New Zealand Customs. For goods valued at NZD $1,000 or less, GST-registered businesses can provide their GST number to avoid being charged GST at the point of sale. In either case, GST-registered businesses can claim import GST back as an input tax credit on their GST return.
United Kingdom For consignments with a goods value exceeding £135, import VAT and any applicable customs duties are collected by UK Border Force upon entry. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union Import VAT and any applicable customs duties are assessed by the customs authority in the destination country. Rates vary by EU member state. VAT-registered businesses may be able to reclaim import VAT through their local VAT return.
All other countries Import duties, taxes, and handling fees vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order if you are unsure what charges may apply.
Customs documentation
All international orders include a commercial invoice with the goods description, value, country of origin, and HS codes to support smooth customs clearance.
